On-axis and off-axis frequency response from 80 Hz to 40 kHz on an IEC baffle, plus ground-plane and 2π in-ground options — up to the 140 dB microphone limit.

Test environments

Frequency response testing is done on an IEC baffle (80 to 40,000 Hz), ground plane, or in-ground (2π) — the last two weather permitting.

Signals, axes, and levels

Any standard test signal is available. Response can be measured on- and off-axis with overlay. Virtually any signal level can be accommodated, up to the 140 dB limit of the microphone.
